🍺 Garmin Fenix 6 Hr Not Working
I purchased a Fenix 6X Pro about a year ago and love it. I use it primarily for running and found a lot of the numbers to be fairly accurate (HR, SVO2, etc.) when I compared them with other devices at the same time. As of about a month ago, I noticed that my heart rate data seems off- it’s reading lower than it should be.
2 yr old Fenix, never missed a beat with newest firmware installed. However last night went to bed with 30% battery and woke up to it dead, which has never happened. Charged it up but now he sensor won’t work and it’s sluggish as hell! Like taking 5 to 6 seconds for any button to respond. Tried resetting it multiple times and turning hr on
Garmin Fenix 6 Pro HR not working anymore. I do have a problem, for the last 3 days i've noticed i've got false reading of sleep data, strees and energy level so i was wondering what changed. It seems the Hr sensor is not working anymore, the lights are turned off and no reading for HR.
Re-enabling Heart-rate sensor. Upgrade to 19.74. Downgrade to 15.2. Updating again to 19.2. upgrading to 19.74. Brand new refresh (factory resetting of settings and data) Fully charging to 100%. Finally, a few days the problems with battery draining and lagging was resolved by simply disabling the Heart rate sensor function.
Fenix 6x Pro - Sensors Not Working Currently on 16.6. I'm having problem with my Fenix 6x PRO where sensors like HR, Pulse Ox and other Health sensors (Respiration, Stress, Body Battery) stop working and showing no data recently. I realized it just got updated to 16.6 and these problems appear after the watch got updated with this SW version.

Garmin gave me a consolation prize of 20% off a new model. I went with the Garmin Tactix Delta which is basically a Garmin Fenix 6 with additional bells and whistles. I also use a Garmin Inreach mini. On to the HR. The HR on Garmin has always been pretty poor, but I bought into the excuse Garmin always had that it was a limitation of the tech.
I own a Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire and a Garmin VivoActive HR. The VivoActive heart rate reading has been incredibly accurate for the past 3 years. I expected the same results from a watch that costs 4 times as much but I have been let down so far. My new Garmin Fenix 6 Sapphire HR reading is typically 30-40 beats lower then it should be.
Yesterday I purchased a Garmin Run HRM.. i paired it with my existing Fenix 6 Pro. The images are: from Friday, just the watch and from today with the HRM.. (also with the Fenix confirming the HRH is paired and connected).. How do i know the new data is from the external monitor and not the watch?
Brand new Fenix 6s Pro, plugged it in to garmin express and updated everything. Didn’t register anything overnight and heart rate not working etc. After doing a soft reset (top left button for 30 seconds) and turning back on it listed all the updates had loaded ok even tho i did it night before!
