Posted January 3, 2009. Right buddy, common reasons for this on the mondeo. 1 the pipes popped off the pump. Signs of this are a puddle under the nearside front when you use washers. 2 Pipe to rear is joined under the headliner on the right hand side near the back door.

The first thing to check is whether the pump is running when you select wash for the rear screen. Have someobe stick their head by the drivers side headlight and listen. If the pump is running it could be that the rear washer jet is blocked, the pipe running to the jet has disconnected or the pump outlet or tubing running rearwards is blocked.
